JOYNER-WALKER FOUNDATION
The Joyner-Walker Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing like skill programs to high school students. From these programs, students can prosper and be more self-sufficient. We feel it is our responsibility to equip students with the tools necessary to succeed in life. The best gifts we can give students are an education and the means to channel that education through real-world experiences and application, and this is by teaching proper management.
Our flagship program is financial literacy. The program consists of the necessities of money management that are not taught in general education. Yet, combined with education, can lead to the road of prosperity and heightened self-esteem. Life Skill Programs are the following:

By providing these life skill programs, we can help those who want to help themselves. We thank all of those who embrace our mission and help us keep our children’s future positive.
FLORIDA NON-PROFITS
The Par and Poker Celebrity Challenge for Charity is proud to partner with the Florida Golf State Golf Association and their junior golf program. Organized in 1913, the FSGA is a not-for-profit organization that governs amateur golf in the state of Florida. In addition to conducting 25 championships for amateur golfers in the state, the FSGA is responsible for more than 40 qualifying tournaments for USGA National Championships and the Florida Junior Tour. The FSGA also maintains the USGA Handicap System, performs course ratings throughout Florida and assists in junior programs and scholarships. For more information, please visit www.fsga.org and www.floridajuniortour.org.
The Par and Poker Celebrity Challenge for Charity staff believes that each host city we present our event in, that we should select local non-profits to benefit from it. If we can use this event to help out Tampa’s communities and non-profit organizations, then we have fulfilled our purpose of this event. We feel that this is our obligation to make a positive contribution in every host city.
